This tea warms me up when it’s cold outside – Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 inch piece of ginger – peeled and sliced
1 bay leaf
2 whole cloves
4 cups of water
Honey, lemon juice and cinnamon to taste

Bring all the ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.  Strain out the ginger, cloves and bay leaf. Let cool so its drinkable, add honey, lemon juice and cinnamon to taste! Can store any extra in the refridge and re-heat as desired.
